Your garden room is plasterboarded, tape and jointed and painted in the colour of your choice as standard. Woodwork, frames, architrave and skirting are also painted in a colour of your choice. A laminate floor is laid on a thermal and acoustic-insulating layer. Electrics are run in an armoured cable from your house to the garden room, and a number of double plug sockets, a series of downlighters, a telephone cable (if required) and a PIR light are fitted by a fully qualified electrician.
