Your garden office is finished to the highest standard, ready for you to move your things into and use straightaway. Fixtures, fittings and finishes - external and internal fully insulated painted walls; electrics, including an electric heater, downlighters, several double plugsockets and an external PIR light; and a laid laminate flooring - are included in the price. At an additional cost, I can design and build handmade shelving units, benches and desks to fit your office.

Doors

Timber French doors, or bi / tri-folding doors - and open up 2 sides of your garden room.

Type of Flooring

I typically supply laminate flooring in a colour of your choice, but I can provide other types of flooring should you wish. With laminate flooring, your garden building benefits from the 5mm thick, thermal and sound deadening underfloor insulation, which also helps waterproof the building.

Paint colours

I recommend Farrow & Ball paint for the external walls.  Once you have chosen the colour you would like, I supply the paint, and finish your walls.  It is all included in the total price.  Of course, should you want another type of paint, just let me know.

Electric Heater

A wall-mounted electric heater is supplied and fitted in your garden building.

Downlighters

As with all the fixtures and fittings, the choice is yours. Low voltage downlighters or contemporary, halogen adjustable-head spotlights both work really well.
