Garden rooms are suitable for anyone who wants more space, whether it is a self-contained office or artist studio so that they can escape from the children when working at home, or an additional chill-out zone to make full use of their garden. It is a much less messy and un-invasive solution to the search for space than an extension or a loft conversion, your garden building comes at approximately a third of the price, and is considerably quicker with just a 2 - 4 week timescale from start to finish of build.

All buildings include as standard: base preparation; damp-proof membrane fitted under concrete base; complete installation of the office including ceiling, walls and floor; double glazed timber french doors / sidelights and windows, or bi-folding timber doors; a flat roof with Decothane SP; electrics by a fully qualified electrician (including laying armoured cable from your house to the office, spotlights / downlighters, plug sockets and an electric heater); laminate flooring; inside dry-lined and tape and jointed; painted internally and externally in a colour of your own choice; black rainwater goods. A telephone cable can be extended from your house to the garden building if required. Insurance rated security locks are supplied and fitted.
For a 3m x 3m (internal sizes) office building, prices start from £7,400 for a painted softwood building. A 4.4m x 3m western red cedar garden room would start from £11,800.
